This mug features the image of my original gouache painting, “Blue Jay in the Snow”. Blue Jays are one of the few birds that stay all year in our snowy Northwoods, and I like to hear their friendly squabbling over the corn at the feeder in the dead of winter, when all the other birds are mostly gone! This mug is entirely handmade by me. First I scanned in my painting, color corrected it, then printed it out onto sublimation paper with sublimation ink, then transferred it to the mug with my heat press! The mug is 11 oz, and is is made of high quality ceramic and BPA free. It is microwave and dishwasher safe. Please know I have done my best to represent color accurately, but each screen and monitor is different.
