A small guardian of light and love.
These abstract angels (shelf sitters on 1.5 inch deep canvas) were painted as gentle companions, each one a glowing presence shaped from color, texture, and quiet intention. Instead of defined features, these beings are made of radiance — soft halos of gold, layers of rose and indigo, and wings formed from sculpted strokes that catch the light in surprising ways.
The entire surface was built on heavy impasto texture, creating raised ridges and feather-like forms you can feel under your fingertips. Over that, I layered metallic gold, iridescent paints, pearlescent mediums, and shimmering mica flakes that glow differently depending on the angle and the light. The effect is warm, luminous, and deeply comforting, like a blessing held in paint.
These angels are meant to feel like protectors. A presence on a shelf or altar. A reminder of hope, gentleness, and unseen kindness.
Each one is unique, though they share a palette and spirit. You will receive one at random, which helps keep their price more accessible.
